Program Invitation
The Summit California invites exceptional college men and women to apply for our Leadership Internship Program. This transformative opportunity is designed for students who aspire to develop a life of purpose and service beyond themselves.
Program Goals
Service Orientation:
Encourage and develop a mindset of service and purpose that will impact our community. Leadership Interns accepted to the program will gain practical skills and in areas of leadership, event programing, food services, facilities operations and hospitality management.
Life Purpose:
Guide students to discover and develop their life purpose.
Spiritual Growth:
Develop and Strengthen an abiding relationship with Christ through worship, devotions, journaling , equipping students with practical applications to live out their daily walk with Christ.
About the Program
At The Summit California, you will experience serving students, parents and community while growing spiritually and making new friends. During orientation, you will be trained for your position and connect with fellow Leadership Students. The remaining portion of your program will be spent serving our guests in your assigned work area as you continue on your journey of spiritual growth.
Our Leadership Internship Program will be impactful and equip you for your life journey. With the opportunity to serve at The Summit California, you will spend your time in an undistracted environment, growing alongside other passionate Leadership Students. You will leave The Summit California inspired and equipped with practical tools to make a difference in your school, community and career.
Your time spent growing in your walk with the Lord, developing your skills as a leader, and serving alongside future lifelong friends will prepare you for what is yet to come. We are looking for individuals who are passionate, teachable, engaged, and eager to grow in their walk with the Lord. Applicants must be prepared to engage fully, serve selflessly, and meet challenges head-on.

Skill Development
Gain skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in the education, community and career.
Service Projects
Daily opportunities to serve within The Summit California Community Events. Areas of service include program leadership, event operations, food services operations, maintenance and facilities operations, hospitality management.
Mentorship
Guidance from experienced Christian leaders to support personal and spiritual growth and leadership.

Submit an application form, including a personal statement about your faith journey and reasons for wanting to join the program.
Interview:
Selected applicants will be invited for a short interview to discuss their interest and commitment.
